The following is a copy of the current terms of conditions
that all members of CIN must agree to abide by.
1. You agree that Central Innovation Network Limited
("CIN") will provide membership of CIN in accordance with
the fee structure set out in this application form for a twelve month
period from the date your application form is accepted by CIN. Full
details of any proposed changes to the fee structure for the year 1
September 2006 to 30 August 2007 will be notified in writing by 31
May 2006. You accept that membership fees are payable annually in advance.
While membership can be terminated at any time by you giving written
notice to CIN, membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
2. You agree and warrant that any information you place on the CIN website
('the Website') will:
2.1 be accurate and up to date as far as is reasonably practical;
2.2 not infringe any intellectual property rights of any party;
2.3 comply with all relevant legislation and Codes of Practice;
2.4 be free of any obligation of confidentiality;
2.5 be free from all known viruses and disabling programs, to the best of your
knowledge; and
2.6 not compromise the integrity of either CIN or the Website.
3. You agree that CIN may monitor information placed by you on
the Website for appropriateness and adherence to CIN's minimum
standards as set out in Clause 2 above. You further acknowledge that
CIN reserves the right to withdraw your use of the Website in the event
of such breach, without prior notice.
4. As required by the Data Protection Act 1998, CIN takes appropriate
measures to ensure that any personal information provided by you is
not damaged, destroyed or disclosed to any third party without your
permission and to prevent unauthorised access to it. CIN may from time
to time require you to co-operate with its security checks before it
can disclose information to you.
5. You acknowledge that CIN reserves the right to modify, amend
or update these terms and conditions, upon giving you one months prior
written notice of the amendments.
